PropCraft is a solo-built invoicing and proposal platform designed for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies who want professional billing without the complexity.
Why PropCraft exists
Most invoicing tools are either too simple (a PDF template and nothing else) or too complex (full accounting suites with features you'll never use). Freelancers in India face an extra challenge: GST compliance. Calculating CGST, SGST, and IGST correctly shouldn't require a CA or a spreadsheet formula you found on Reddit.
PropCraft was built to solve that gap. It handles GST tax splits automatically from your GSTIN, generates clean PDF invoices, and gives your clients a portal to review and pay — no account needed on their end. It also supports proposals, so you can go from pitch to payment in one workflow.
Who built it
Trushi — Founder & Developer
Final-year Computer Science student. I built PropCraft as a solo project because I needed a better way to invoice my own freelance clients — and I couldn't find an Indian-first tool that handled GST properly without charging enterprise prices.
The entire platform — frontend, backend, billing integrations, PDF generation, AI features — is designed and built by one person. No fake team page, no stock photos. Just code and a lot of coffee.
