Terms of Service

By accessing or using Propcraft ("the Service"), operated at propcraft.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Propcraft is a SaaS platform providing invoicing, proposal generation, client management, and financial document tools for freelancers, consultants, and agencies. Features include invoice creation with GST/VAT calculation, proposal generation with client portals, payment tracking, AI-powered suggestions, recurring invoice automation, and analytics.

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all account activity. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The free Starter plan includes up to 3 invoices and 1 proposal per month. The Pro plan provides unlimited usage and advanced features. We may modify plan limits and pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for the remainder of their billing cycle.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment fails, paid features may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.

Important: Propcraft is not a payment processor. We do not hold, transfer, or process payments between you and your clients. Payment integrations (Razorpay, Dodo Payments) are provided for convenience — you maintain your own merchant accounts and are solely responsible for client payment collections, refunds, and disputes.

• Provide accurate business information including GSTIN and PAN where applicable
• Comply with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and data protection requirements
• Not create fraudulent invoices, fictitious proposals, or misleading financial documents
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not transmit malware, spam, or infringing content
• Maintain accurate records for tax and compliance purposes

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Invoices or proposals for illegal goods or services
• Tax evasion or fraudulent financial reporting
• Impersonating another person or business
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
• Reselling or sublicensing without written consent

The Service design, code, and branding are Propcraft's intellectual property. You retain ownership of all content you create. We claim no ownership over your business data. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propcraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Propcraft is not liable for the accuracy of tax calculations or GST computations. You are solely responsible for verifying invoice accuracy and tax law compliance.

You may terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting support@propcraft.app. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Data is retained for 30 days after termination for export, then permanently deleted except where legally required.

You agree to indemnify Propcraft from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
